Great room and hospitality. Very comfortable

It was far away from beaches and other area for walking but if you have a motor bike. It easy to get around.

"Good property with mediocre service"

The room was comfortable and the property very clean

Small service requests were difficult: 3 days to get an iron. When the coffee machine didn’t work, no free coffee from the integrated coffee shop. When asking for 1 hour late checkout after 7 nights, I got after discussion 30 minutes agreed.

"Well located for business access in central Phuket."

The location of the hotel was on the main road through Phuket. However noise was not a problem and the hotel room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was ample onsite parking.

The wifi was slow, especially for streaming. Breakfast was inexpensive, but quite limited in choice.
