"Lovely apartment & top location, everything you need for a great stay in Kota Kinabalu"

Really lovely apartment - well furnished, great decor and central location. Bed and pillows were really comfy & host was super helpful with lots of recommendations. Pool facilities are great too.

"Best apartment by far"

The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Nicely decorated, nice aesthetics... The ambiance was ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ Room got nice scent which was not too strong. Plenty of towels and hangers provided. Nicely decorated too.. The room got washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, water filter and also smart TV. When we got there, there was food market just nearby the apartment because of CNY. It was a walking distance, we got our food from the market and brought back to our apartment. Had our dinner in the room while we watch Netflix, it was pretty chill ๐Ÿ‘ the location of the apartment was good, everything was just a few km away. Host was really friendly and accommodating, even took the time to inform us early on the nearby road closure, etc. Really appreciate that... We even got complimentary honeymoon setting, loved it. The process to check in was smooth and convenient as well. When we arrive we just had to go straight to our room. Easy.

The lift was always packed and made too many stops on the way up.. even the bomba lift looked like it was rushed to complete?
