Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage mid town on quiet road, sleeps 4

There was no breakfast. There was tea and milk.

The door step is challenging., especially for older people with joint problems. The stairs also but were made easier with good banisters on both sides.

Spacious and very modern house with lots of attention to detail which ensure a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was as described in the listing. Place was clean. Location very central, right in the middle of everything we needed. Reserved parking. Host communicated well with me and helped me to arrange some taxi service.

The cottage had everything one could need for the stay. It felt that much thought had been put in.

The only difficulty was a very high front door step but I got used to coping with it.

Excellent Location in Sudbury with adjacent home car park facility.

Difficult home entry and exit due to pre-warned high entrance step. An additional wall mounted `grab handle' would make entry and exit to bath or shower a lot easier.

Perfect location to visitcour Sudbury relatives, enjoy the beauty of Suffolk landscape and sightseeing. Very good sleep in two upstairs bedroom, enough space for matrace on floor for additional people on fireplace Living room. Perfect dining kitchen with garden room, parking for 1 car near quiet small road on private ground. Landlords prepared everything for comfortable stay. Towels in bathroom and kitchen, shampoo etc. There. High recommended 👌

lots of space - great for my autistic son who likes to pace about and stim and free of clutter and breakable ornaments.

All comfortable, light, clean, spacious very good position. Information book covering how things worked, parking, places to visit etc was very useful. Garden with table and chairs great for sunny days. Very glad to have on slip mat in bath. Better value for couple but worth the money for me.

Big step up at front door, but it couldn't be any different - an old property adjoining pavement.
