Holiday Inn Express El Paso-Downtown an IHG Hotel

Boa estrutura, café da manhã e cama confortável. A localização é fácil acesso, mas sem opções de mercado, restaurantes e caminhadas. Mas fomos muito bem atendidos e nos sentimos bastante seguros.

Entorno do hotel. Muito quieto, sem comércio, sendo obrigados a buscar estas opções bem longe de lá.

Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had great amenities (particularly liked the full-sized toiletries for the counter and in the shower). The towel display in the bathroom was also useful, so you didn't have to paw through a pile on the counter to find a hand towel or washcloth versus a bath towel. The bed was comfortable, there was free parking, and despite being near the highway it was quiet. The location was perfect for walking to destinations in the Arts District. And the breakfast was superb, both in terms of options available and quality/taste.

The only downside was that upon first entering the bathroom discovered a long hair on the edge of the tub next to the bath mat. Very hard to miss, so questioned the quality control even though everything else seemed clean.

The location was excellent, don't know why I had never stayed there when in one of my many visits to El Paso, but this will definitely be a repeat

The restrooms were falling apart in the room honestly didn't even want to shower there the sink faucet was all loose floor felt dirty just the bathroom was the whole bad experience. The outside lounging area chairs all full of dirt and dust. Only good thing was the breakfast
