"Beautiful , clean apartment in a fabulous location"

The apartment was located on the 4th floor ( speedy lift available) and was very modern and clean with lots of additional extras such as hairdryers, beach towels, beach chairs , coffee pods , dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid . An exceptional beautiful apartment with a secure parking space and lovely large communal pool and tennis courts . Spacious balcony which was sunny in the afternoon so a lovely place to relax after a day exploring Denia. Lisa the owner was amazing and very helpful in recommending places to eat and where to go . Great location within easy walking distance of the beach and 10 min walk into the town centre via the tunnel under the castle

Nothing to dislike. It was perfect

"Warm and beautiful place"

The flat is super cozy, sunny, clean and warm. We loved our time in there. Lisa was very welcoming and helpful, the check in and c heck out was easy and overall, it was a great experience living there. I would like to come back one day :)

Very lovely apartment and the host was very friendly and helpful. She answered always promptly. Very child friendly.

There was nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion to maybe put something on the walls in the Living room to break the echo a little.

"Gorgeous Apartment with a Good Location"

We had a car rental but were able to walk everywhere in Denia. Newly decorated modern. apartment on the 4th floor with lift and parking. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice balcony off the living room. Really comfy beds and pillows. Good wifi. The apartment was immaculate and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Highly recommend this place. Hosts were fantastic.

Communication with Lisa was great! Although we had an issue on OUR end with Whatsapp, Lisa was responsive and available as agreed to provide keys and show us around.

There was nothing we didn't like about this stay. Great communication, facilities spotless and well-stocked.
