Crystal Abode Compact 2 BHK flat for urban living

The property was in a good residential area, close to Beltolla market so that we could shop around. Rooms were large & spacious. Mosquito menace is there in Guwahati so this place was no exception. One of the BR a/c was not functioning properly. The tea cups & cutlery was poor for otherwise well maintained property. There was no housekeeper, the watchman of the building only helped us but appeared intrusive and rude. Leaving aside the above the property is worth the price, comfort and convenience you pay for.

Behaviour of the watchman/housekeeper, bad cutlery & cups, mosquitoes in the bathroom and 1 malfunctioning a/c in one of the bedrooms.

An awesome property! The owner was incredibly cooperative. Perfect for families with its proximity to the market and kid-friendly environment. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the convenience of facilities like the washing machine and kitchen made our stay comfortable and enjoyable."
