"This was a perfect spot for a girls weekend getaway"

This home is wonderful, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotless. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and include little extras which are thoughtful and greatly appreciated. And then there’s the location - it was so nice to park the car when we arrived and not need it until it was time to leave.

"Great location in Mystic"

Bright, colorful, and cheerful home. Awesome location on a quiet street, but short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown area. Host/property manager is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving holiday.

"It was a joyous stay!"

The property was quite cozy and comfortable. It is also located pretty close to downtown mystic. It’s only about a 10 min walk or so!

"Beautiful comfortable relaxing vacation and very welcoming."

The property was very clean and charming. It was in a great location to be able to just walk to town. It was also close to the aquarium. The beds were comfortable. The Host was a very nice man who made sure we were comfortable at all times. Looking forward to going back

Excellent location and super clean house. The beds were some of the most comfortable, furniture perfect for an extended family to eat and relax together. Host very responsive to on site questions.

Need a few more forks.

"The perfect Mystic stay!"

The Avery condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was comfy, had all the amenities (and more) that we needed, and it was decorated so beautifully! My daughter and I felt right at home from the minute we walked in. The rooms were awesome (my 11-year old loved the bunk bed room) and the beds themselves were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs, as well as a half bath downstairs. We had an issue with the heat the first morning we were there, and Gerard had his HVAC guy there within 30 minutes, and the issue was resolved immediately. The location was perfect for Mystic! We walked into town from the house to get breakfast one day and walked over the bridge for shopping and lunch the next day. Any time we stay in Mystic, we will be sure to book this home again! Thank you, Gerard, your home was perfect!!!!

"Highly recommended. We were just two adults but the house was well set up for a family."

Perfect location, close to town but away from crowds and traffic. Lots of nice touches like the box of essentials and makeup remover in the bathroom. Truly everything you need is here.

Decor might not be to everyone's taste. And there is not much outdoor space.
