Number 10 Stunning Apartment, Fantastic Location!

Just what we expected, a great choice

The apartment was perfect; very clean, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed.

The top door lock was very stiff, my 80 year old Mum was unable to lock or unlock it. The parking was tight, but it was easy to park in local car parks with a reasonably priced short term permit.

Stylish, comfortable, modern, fully furnished and with a fully-fitted kitchen. It's an almost new flat right in the centre of Exmouth with a secure entrance. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner or hosts, and inside the flat they had thought of everything. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the mod cons, comforts and sparkling cleanliness on arrival. A fantastic place to stay.

Somewhat narrow parking space, but very good to have it in a secure garage. Inside the flat there is only one bathroom, albeit a modern one with a large and efficient shower. There are lots of windows all round which is good, but if you need to open them to stay cool in the summer, this could lead to street noise after 8 am from nearby workplaces. But the host has thoughtfully placed a box of earplugs at guests' disposal if they want to sleep in late, and there is a fan in every room if you want to stay cool while keeping the windows closed.

The property was exceptional, we loved it and my children did not want to leave. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it was light and airy, and super relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we are looking to book again for a future stay.

Bigger parking space, but nothing the host can fix. Although once we had parked, we did not need to use the car as everything was in walking distance.
