It was a nice location and the hot tub was nice

Absolutely freezing with no instructions on how to work the heaters which hardly warmed up the place. Then got stuck inside the gate for over an hour due to a power cut (no manual release?)

"My 50th birthday glamping expreience"

The pod was more spacious than we had anticipated. The beds were super comfortable. The box of games and the bottles of milk and water in the fridge was a nice touch. The plants made it feel homely.

Sadly there were no instructions for the heating and hob. The oven was self explaining. Maybe a hand rail next to the steps of the hot tub could ease mounting and dismounting. These things didnot hinder our stay but may do for others.

Everything. It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful hot tub.
