Location was good.

I stayed in a different DH Apartment last year in Peterborough and it was great - stylish, modern, clean, comfy. This apartment was worlds apart... it was tired, run down, dirty and pokey. The entrance way was full of bin bags and dirty laundry waiting for collection. As a lone female I didn't feel particularly safe - the general waste by the entrance and lack of cleanliness in the apartment made me feel uncomfortable and out of place, and the banging of doors by other residents was disconcerting as I tried to go to sleep.

I'll be requesting a refund for the traumatic stay. No heads up about change of location. Extra unnecessary cost and stress to an elderly lady with poor mobility to a location out of town on a trading Estate New location no bedding at all for sofa bed, not even a sheet, blanket at bottom of the bed spelt like wet dog or a tramp. Wet towels No bedroom furniture like side tablets or a wardrobe Horrendous dust everywhere. No apology or offer of compensation. Contact number given is fake and doesn't deliver on WhatsApp Because it's on the bottom floor of an I fist estate most windows dont open. I have photos as proof of communications and the property.

Great location 5 min walk from train station. There was a slight issue accessing the flat I was allocated but Simon called me straight away and rectified.

Apartment needs a little TLC to get up to scratch. Flooring is damaged in a couple of places and there is damage from where people have been smoking in the apartment unfortunately(this isn’t the owner’s fault more bad customers)

Good location and easy to find. Good sized apartment too and check in was easy online.

The furniture was cheap and badly assembled other than the bed. The nightstand was broken so had to be balanced in the corner away from the bed and there’s a broken blind in the living room/kitchen. And not the cleanest - dirty mirrors, dusty and cobwebs in the windows.

The apartment itself is in great locations. It seemed to me as it is used for people on a night out. It was clean. I wanted to chill out with some tv but the tv wouldn't connect . Was very frustrating. So I booked self into a nearby hotel. Also one set of blinds were completed broken. Which made the place look tatty when actually it would be a nice place to stay. I was told I'm txt I was going to get a good room on Friday but yet too hear any confirmation of this
