Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood - ideal for visiting nearby Durham Uni with my daughter, 15 minute drive. House very clean and warm, all the amenities needed, will definitely come back if she ends up studying in Durham. Very reasonable

"Great location, communication and well equipped apartment. So many more positives than negatives!"

The location - close to everything I needed. The communication from the host - very courteous and friendly.

The parking - couldn't always get a spot. The pillows were like pancakes, not the best. Bed was comfortable, but it was two single beds pushed together so there was a ridge in the middle that disturbed my sleep if I rolled onto it.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The cooking equipment and utensils were everything we needed. Considering I cooked a roast dinner. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. Every room had a free sat telly. Beds are very comfortable

The house got to hot with very little instructions on how to turn the thermostat down. We finally worked it out.

"Exceptional"

Modern designed layout, well thought out, clean and comfortable accomodation.

Unfortunatly, not a great location. We got woken up several times in the night due to several noisy arguements in the street into the early morning. A strong smell of cannabis too. Some maintenance of the property is also needed.
