Spacious rooms, really comfortable beds, two large TVs with netflix etc. Ample parking space and close to shops. Really responsive with communication from the beginning to the end.

Carpets and floor could do with changing or a real deep wash and clean. Better ventilation and an air freshner in the bathroom. More tea bags, was only one when we arrived.

Very clean mostly. Spacious rooms.

Street parking was hit and miss, and as disabled person, it needed to be better, and carrying bags etc was hard from the end of the street. Ridiculous size TVs, while nothing to put suitcases on in the bedrooms nor in the bathroom, and floor in the bathroom got wet and slippery with steam. Access via front steps dangerously slanting. Again, it is not mentioned. Basic, very basic furniture and utensils, eg, I pan and 1 saucepan. Two chairs at table and 2 fold up chairs not adequate for family meal. Floor in lounge slanting to the side dangerous for disabled. Rotten wood behind fridge, and fridge door opens the wrong way. 10 plus bags of rubbish and food and cigarettes in the back courtyard. Dark and dismal inside. Open the blinds to get light only to see the rubbish. Decorating was tired, and lots of walls scuffed. Bedding felt tired, or not clean. Insufficient choice of pillows, pretty bland and flat.

There is nothing to boast about this place. Probably just the TV

The place is old and dirty. Carpet filthy, bathroom filthy. Dust covered radiator rails and spider webs all over bathroom ceiling, dirt, and rubbish behind headboard. Carpet old needs cleaning. One bedside table with double bed. The double room on main oad but no privacy in room, no blinds or net. Very low power lights looks dark inside. Then you had noisey drunk tenents upstairs. We were woken up at 3 am two days from loud noises, floor banging, shouting. Did not feel safe. The street is rough and we did not feel.safe It's not suitable for family or couples. The price we paid here compared to where we stayed for additional night was day and night difference. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.
