"Wir kommen gerne wieder"

Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse war super. Wohnung sehr groß.

Es fehlten die alltäglichen Dinge in der Wohnung die wir dann selbst gekauft haben oder halt uns anders ausgeholfen haben. Feedback dazu hab ich an die Vermieter geschrieben. Hoffe die beschaffen die Dinge weil es den Komfort der Wohnung nochmal steigert.

L'agencement, l'emplacement du logement et la vue, pas complètement dégagée mais agréable.

Le manque de réactivité des gérants : les réclamations faites ont été partiellement corrigées mais au bout de 5 jours.

Bin mit der tollen Unterkunft aber dann entschädigt worden.

Die Abwicklung Unterkunft Zimmernr.Schlüsselabholung,Büro nicht besetzt,obwohl laut Angabe besetzt.Hat aber letztentlich alles geklappt.

"A light, spacious and well-equipped apartment"

We picked up the keys from the agency which is about 300m from the apartment. The agency was helpful. The apartment was easy to find. We could unload by the front door and there was a lift to the apartment. The apartment was bright, spacious, modern and sunny. There is a balcony with lovely view over the harbour and nice sunsets. There were good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Generally the apartment was a nice place to live. We enjoyed our stay.

In September the parking spaces near the aprtment were always full. The nearest available street parking was 200-300m walk. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you have limited mobility.

L’emplacement, la terrasse.

Aucunes assistances en cas de problème. Le site propose un service en cas de problèmes,en fait il est totalement inexistant. Sur place ils promettent mais ne font RIEN. Ils envoient des mails pour dire qu’ils vont apporter une solution mais c’est totalement faux. Bref des beaux appartements mais uniquement quand tout se passe bien. C’était la troisième fois que nous louons chez eux. Ce sera la dernière fois .
