The place is exactly as in the pictures, very neat, quiet and peaceful. I totally felt at home, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The best part is they don't have too many rules like many places, all you need to do is be a decent person and respect other guests.( My opinion). I will certainly recommend this place.

"Definitely worth a look. A home as opposed to a hotel."

Room was lovely. Kitchen facilities and lounge were available. Bed was comfortable. Quiet area. Owner couldn't have been more helpful. Uber was approx £15 from Birmingham New St to property.

My now partner had a BPD episode and carried on all night. I am mortified by his behaviour. Apologies to the other guests. That was our third and final anniversary. >maybe some.extra towels in cupboard?

"Just the BEST place"

Everything! Clean Quiet Comfortable Warm Handy to stuff - Tesco late close Express, Bus, Train, F&C etc AND... Landlord called TWICE while there to check I was happy, AND Even asked if I wanted a change of sheets - never happened before :)
