Caravan was spotless and comfortable. Quiet location with lovely views. It's a great base for northern lakes all accessible by car within 30 minutes. Had a fantastic few days here. Our dogs enjoyed it too !

No real negatives, but just to state no local shop as such, but just ensure you take everything you need. 6 miles to Aldi Sainsburys and Lidl 👍

"Peaceful hideaway"

Very quiet location. Off the beaten track but Keswick and the North Western fells are o ly 15 miles away and great beached only 5 miles away

"Lovely stay"

Lovely static caravan. Comfortable beds. Quiet site. We couldn't sit out and enjoy the views due to the torrential rain, but the decking area was lovely. There is a pub opposite the site. I would recommend you book a table in advance as they were fully booked when we went in.

Location and facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly, accomodating and thoughtful with leaving leaflets of surrounding area's sights, food, stuff to do etc.
