Cozy End Unit Townhouse 1 Mile from Downtown Cary

Off putting smell in house, broken bed (we could not stay at the property) trash bin outside full on arrival, bug traps with roach inside, backyard not clean. Had to fight with owner of property about refund. Kept saying they will talk to “management” about refund but never followed up each time. booking.com couldn’t reach the property, they kept ignoring the call to put in writing the refund so it could be processed since we could not stay at the property. This went on for almost 3 months.

Is a very dirty place I open the door was socks all over the place was smelling weed I’ve been waiting for three days to get my money back from them the one who doesn’t want to answer the phone. the worst place trying to get my money back no answer if I had a choice to sleep in a motel six in this place, I will choose the Motel 6 Do Not Rent this place

The house was very clean and smelled amazing. The host was very accommodating and pleasant

great convenient location for Cary and for purpose of our visit ,very cosy, kitchen all good ,upstairs master bedroom light and airy , comfortable bed ,great communication from hosts ..Internet fast and reliable Area good set in a quiet residential with great parking ,very clean and good bathroom .

Only slight downside Living room at rear is naturally a little dark,as not much natural light due to the trees and perhaps the living room could do with some ambient lighting downstairs ,which would make it more cosier as ceiling lights quite stark ,second bedroom could do with a better bed frame

Close to downtown Cary, as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking in front of the unit. Bed was comfortable, but small.

Asked owner in advanced to make sure and address musty odors and smells reported in reviews by others. That did not happen. The pictures in the listing DO NOT reflect current condition. Very dated, lots of things broken and missing. If we had not arrived so late in the day, we would have switch to another available property or hotel. Property needs a significant renovation. Photos are misleading. I should have paid attention to the other recent negative reviews.

Kitchen was very user friendly and stocked with dishes. The half bath was great to have. Decorated very well.

The thermostat was a pain in the butt. Why it always went back to 84 degrees after 2 hours was crazy. Dishwasher kept saying to close the door so it wasn’t used.

Location was perfect. Super close to everything we needed.

Was woken up at 8am to banging on the door telling us to move the car before they tow it because they were redoing the pavement. Wish we knew the night before so we didn't get woken up.

Convenient location.

Very odd light switches. No lamps to read by. Other than that, no complaints. It met my expectations.

The area was perfect and close to our family who live in Cary. The townhouse was very nice.

We would have liked to have a firepit but understood the trees would have been an issue.
