LA CORTE - alloggio signorile nel cuore di Novara

Love the location and the apartment itself! The bedrooms are huge and confy beds for the family.

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have air conditioning, they have electric fans but they were full of dust so we cleaned it by ourselves, worst part is we found a lot of ants by the floor and having my kids with us it wasn’t a good thing because they got bitten by the ants!!!

L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuto è la posizione, comodissimo, vicino ai negozi, ristoranti.

La pulizia scarsa, totalmente sporco, specialmente il bagno, la doccia schifoza, piena di sporcizia, meno male che siamo stati 2 giorni, abbiamo chiamato il responsabile e ci siamo lamentati, lui a inviato al personale della pulizia però come non eravamo presenti mi sa che non hanno fatto nulla perché lo sporco era sempre lì. Un'altra cosa che mi ha stupito, non c'era l'area condizionata con questo caldo.

Appartement bien situé, avec beaucoup de charme, confortable et bien équipé.

The proximity to the city center. It’s really in the heart of Novara

Lots of things: 1. We told the host that we couldn’t understand Italian and asked him to send the instruction in English but not responsive. We messaged him as well that the wifi isn’t working but no response still 2. The room is extremely dirty! There were molds in the shower and the sink, there are hair in the bed, stains everywhere esp the sofa, stagnant water in the toilet brush which is very 🤢, the fridge is dirty, coffee machine is dirty with used coffee cups inside, very dusty- our socks turned to black. 3. Very warm!!! no fan at least 4. Its very bright in the morning, the thin roller couldn’t cover the light 5. No WiFi!, there’s router actually in the room but the host gave a different one

In the heart of old town, clean and with great climate.

Nothing - just have in mind that the parking is paid and you have to leave a car further out if old town. Great for sightseeing. With all you need in the kitchen, even coffee pods for coffee machine. :)
