The swimming pool was good and it was clean.

Too many cockroaches.

La casa es preciosa, acogedora, nueva y completamente equipada. Sólo fuimos una noche pero nos hubiese encantado quedarnos más, repetiremos !!!

The location.

Major building work taking place next door which we were not made aware of. This brought dirt into the garden area of the villa & dust into the inside, as well as cockroaches. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived & wasn’t cleaned once in the 13 days we were there which put us off going in it due to hygiene purposes. The main bathroom had a terrible stench coming from it which was that bad we didn’t want to use it, all 4 of us had to use the en-suite bathroom. The outside of the villa was not very welcoming either, there was weeds coming through the path & it looked unkept.

Location is Perfect for central Cascais and the Beach - lovely plunge pool

Adjacent property is going through a complete rebuild and building works are very noisy Mon- Friday 8am - 5pm - you can feel the jack hammer through the wall

Location was great, you can walk to the centre of Cascais.

The title says there is a heated pool but when you actually get there, this costs extra and isn’t included. There was construction work every day, at 8 they were hammering.
