Great spacious rooms. Staff we very friendly and warm. Pool and facilities were clean.

The villa truly impressed us with its modernity and cleanliness, and we were particularly struck by its spaciousness. The inviting warmth of the pool brought great joy to the children, and we cherished the tranquility of its location on the quieter side of Canggu. We would like to express our gratitude for the host's flexibility in allowing us to check in at 11am, despite the villa not being fully prepared upon our arrival. The host's patience during the informative tour was sincerely appreciated. Our heartfelt thanks to Bilong for consistently ensuring our safety and being available 24/7. During an evening barbecue, when we unexpectedly ran out of gas, Bilong promptly secured a refill without hesitation and returned within minutes.

As the villa is relatively new, we believe there is ample room for improvement. 1) The air conditioning throughout the villa did not provide sufficient cooling, leading to discomfort even with it turned on. We are thankful to our host for promptly providing two standing fans upon our request. 2) On the second night, a power disruption due to a faulty light in the Master Bedroom left the villa in darkness. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, resulting in one family relocating. We were fortunate that an empty room was available. 3) Some of the towels provided had a musty smell, causing discomfort as the odor lingered on our bodies after use. 4) Water pressure inconsistencies across all four rooms from the first day proved inconvenient, especially during showers. 5) We discovered a penknife near the stairs, likely left by staff during the power issue resolution. We kindly urge the staff to be more mindful of such safety concerns, especially considering the presence of children. We sincerely hope that Clara Villa can address these inconveniences to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests. 6) Outside the kitchen, we encountered a situation where the wooden floor is already broken, leading to one of us inadvertently falling into the hole. We observed several other broken or damaged wooden floors, posing a potential hazard to guests. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated for the safety of future visitors. Despite the inconveniences, we truly appreciated our time at Clara Villa and had our fair share of wonderful moments.
