quite spacious and secured building

We has to wait under the snow for 30’, they didn’t want to give me the adress straight away. the adress on booking was not correct and the person wasn’t aware apparently that we were coming… despite receiving few messages from them through booking. we arrived in a dirty flat where they asked us Rudely to leave so they can clean. we came back 5h later and bathrooms et bedrooms were not clean at all… we couldn’t sleep well, beds are really uncomfortable. minimum of towels : two smalls for two people. Starting to think that when using booking I’ll have to stick to hotels as it’s been 2d time I’ve been disappointed with the flat options they’re offering
