Cozy 2-Bedroom Condo in Prime Siesta Key Location

Good price for the amount of nights we stayed. The 2 bedrooms and the kitchen

The place has some humidity but otherwise good!

The hosts communicated quickly and were very kind. Although we had to leave just a few hours after arriving due to the condition of the property, they did give us a full refund and were very professional throughout the process.

There were major mold concerns and visible moisture damage. The air duct vent above the dryer had a significant amount of mold around it, and the closet in the double bedroom also had mold as well as a hole in the door frame that appeared wet and deteriorated. We documented everything with photos and hope the issues are resolved quickly for the safety and comfort of future guests.

Zapach wilgoci w mieszkaniu, zardzewiała sypiąca sie rurka przy zasłonce prysznicowej. Basen nie jest jakby sie wydawało ze zdjęć przy budynku tylko trzeba przejść kawałek za zupelnie inny budynek... wiec nie korzystaliśmy

Poor water pressure in the bathroom sink, shower ok, single beds in the second bedroom not very comfy, poor TV reception in the evening, picture breaking up in the lounge.

We loved the location easy access to everywhere without the traffic craziness , liked the price point, liked that we had laundry in house, the king bed and pillows were great, it was quiet, we could cook and bbq if wanted. Was a great stay. Staff was very helpful.

The humidity was an issue, it smelled very moldy, and it didn’t matter if we ran the fans all day it was very strong. The bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work and neither did the windows and one was broken. Pool was closed we tried to use it and the sign on the door said closed. We also could not gain access through the gate.

Muy buena ubicación, de super fácil acceso a las playas de Siesta Key. El departamento está muy completo en su equipamiento y las cosas que dejan de cortesía resultan muy útiles. El lugar es super tranquilo, no hay ruidos de ningún tipo.

La limpieza es un aspecto mejorable. La canilla del lavamanos del baño tenía un desperfecto y salía muy poca agua. Las ventanas son muy difíciles de abrir. El aire acondicionado tiene un funcionamiento medio errático, por la noche algo sucede que la temperatura comienza a subir y el aire no arranca hasta que finalmente lo hace tarde.

The condo was cozy, clean, and well-located — just a few minutes’ drive from the beach. We loved the kitchen, comfy beds, and the peaceful atmosphere. The check-in process was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly.
