Vabis Koum - Kapi

The location was good, really close to the old town of Chania but in a quieter area. The apartment was really clean and had everything you needed. The air conditioning and appliances worked perfectly. Great view of the city and the sea from the balcony. Great soundproofing.

This didn't bother us, but for some people with poor health, the stairs in an apartment building may be too much.

Lovely apartment in quiet residential street, minutes from the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and walking along the seafront into the old town. Great location for exploring Chania and beyond, easy to reach by bus. Appreciated all the recommendations from the host to help us make the most of our stay.

The bed was very comfortable but awkward to access as one side is against the wall - would be better positioned across the bedroom so that space on both sides. Everything else was perfect!

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto veneziano e molto vicina alla spiaggia L'appartamento è ristrutturato di recente con buon gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario Maria è stata molto disponibile e attenta nello soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, molto gradito il cesto di frutta fresca all'arrivo .

Abbiamo trovato solo un po' scomoda e poco pratica la vasca da bagno

L’appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto e dal centro città, quindi comodo per chi la sera vuole magari spostarsi senza auto. In linea di massima si riesce a trovare parcheggio in strada sotto casa o vie limitrofe gratuitamente. Il self check-in è semplice e veloce e l’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile, inoltre molto veloce nelle risposte! Lo consiglio per un buon soggiorno a Chania!

Unica pecca la vasca da bagno, che risulta essere abbastanza piccola per una persona mediamente alta. Aggiungo solo che l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi non valido per persone con difficoltà. In generale niente di cui lamentarsi!

Modern apartment with everything we required. Comfortable bed and quality cotton sheets. Convenient location, a short walk to the old town, harbour and small local beach. Lots of restaurants, bakery, and convenience shops nearby. Pleasant balcony, efficient aircon. Simple check in procedure. Good communications with host.

Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay. It is worth noting that the apartment is on the third floor, so 56 steps to climb several times a day...it might not suit everyone.

Nice, cozy apartments with a sea view; there are many cafés and small shops nearby, and the beach is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The host, Elvira, left a basket of fruit for us, which was a very pleasant and tasty surprise! We also had no issues with late checkout. The host was always available and helped with any questions we had.

I really like this apartment! Everything was great. Apartment with a beautiful view and on a calm street. There was everything that you need. And actually, the apartment is new, with good repair. We found an iron and everything for preparing food. Also, it was very close to the old city (10 minutes walk) and at the same time there was always a free parking place for our car. Furthermore, we found some fruits and juice on the kitchen. The owner is very kind woman. I really recommend this apartment!!
