"Nice and central apartment (but host organisation could be better)"

Nice apartment with plenty of space and very central! It has a lovely terrace area and there is pretty much everything you’d need in the apartment.

We were not told we had to give specific check-in time and so were waiting for the person to come to give us the key for a while… Also, we wanted late check-out which they say is available for €20 extra (seems a lot for a few hours) so we agreed it with the person who gave us the keys but they still came and knocked on saying we needed to agree it with a different person via booking.com. Not very organised. Shower seemed to leak and the toilet flush didn’t work every time.
