2 Central, spacious, apartment with private patio

Excellent location right in the centre of beautiful Sidmouth. Lovely big bedrooms and nice clean bathrooms. Wheelchair friendly inside despite a couple of steps to access the property. The welcome basket of goodies was a nice touch - thank you .

The lamp in the lounge not working but a very minor point.

The location was perfect with it being in town with 5 minute walk to the beach with no hills. The flat was spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Normal noises from being in a town and outside space was a bonus and we used it as we had such lovely weather. Tesco express and Co-op in the town along with bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. very little need to leave Sidmouth! The parking was a bonus, a short walk away, through an alley & gate, across the road and up a few steps to the flat. We left on a Sunday and were able to load the car directly outside of the flat.

A few more cooking utensils_ we like to cook about 50 % of the time. PS I think it was Jacobs Ladder that was shut ,Cliff probs to east .

Really beautiful, clean, comfortable and well supplied apartment. Lovely decor, great art on the walls. Fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and it was a lovely warm place to stay. Having a parking space was incredibly useful. The welcome pack with tea, ground coffee, biscuits and chocolates were a very nice touch and made us feel special. We enjoyed the location and proximity to the sea, and were more than happy to spend time in the apartment when the weather was bad - we were there for Storms Ingrid and Chandra! We will definitely book this apartment again.

Although there was a PDF map, we were a little confused about the access as we thought we were using the alley by the right church, but it turned out there are two churches, both with similar side alleys! As we decided to park on the High Street to unload, we found locating the door to the apartment tricky in the dark. A WhatThreeWords for the front door would have really helped with this.

In icy conditions the patio doesn’t seem to melt easily ? But it’s how it is apart from having a salt bin available?
