Un poco antiguo , la bañera tenía un desconchón y la tostadora era súper antigua

Arrival difficult due to there being an agent that we we not advised about. Before arriving we were sent an anonymous WhatsApp asking us what our arrival time would be. We answered but weee then asked to pick up the keys from their office in Calle Saladar. We didn’t know the name of the agency although we did know that it would be impossible to park in Calle Saladar. Reluctantly they agreed to meet us at the property even though our contract with booking.com stated clearly that we would be met at the property. The agent was aware that the lock to the block entrance door was faulty and expected us to negotiate it anyway. After 24 hours it proved unworkable. We spoke to neighbours and owners about it and through our endeavours it was fixed quickly. The automatic switch off kettle failed and there was no duvet cover in the bed in the main bedroom. Both were reported, the kettle was replaced quickly but nothing was done about the duvet cover.

La urbanización sin luz por la noche

El apartamento está muy bien, muy amplio, la urbanización es estupenda con una piscina magnífica, en un sitio tranquilo y dando un paseo de poco más de un kilómetro se llega al centro, y además está muy cerca de la playa.

Location great, short walk to beach and restaurants, pools very good for kids and adults, parking in the shade next to apartment very convenient. Check in flexible and easy.

The air conditioning dripped into a bucket which had to be emptied out every day or the terrace would flood. It should be properly plumbed in especially when they are charging 1500€ for a week. The terrace has full sun in the afternoon and there is no awning, unlike ALL the other apartments in the complex so it was practically unusable in the afternoon and evening. The inside of the apartment could do with some work, peeling paint and broken lights in the bathroom, one lumpy cushion on the sofa bed etc.

Well maintained development, very close to the beach, first floor, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very, very helpful.
