Pearl Cottage with parking pass - Grade II listed

The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities

Only a couple of issues, the basin in the bathroom was very slow to drain, and the second. issue my son who was staying with us slept in the top floor bedroom, got flea bites all over his feet and ankles

The location was perfect

Booked this property for the parking pass and the wifi couldn’t use the pass as it was for a multi story and we have a large vehicle and couldn’t connect to the wifi the whole time we were there, also could have done with washing up liquid coffee, sugar and toilet rolls make sure you take them with you was a little disappointed with the above

Location to the harbour, dog friendly.

The location of the accommodation was super, really close to the centre and the beach. Parking was fine once we had found it just 10 mins from the property. The property had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The shelves in the wardrobe were very dusty. The duvet was a 13 tog and very warm, maybe a 9 or 4.5 tog would be more suitable for the summer.

Beautiful cottage, excellent location, lovely touches like the cleaning kits, the Brixham fudge and toiletries. Loved the balcony!

Nothing I didn’t like. Parking could prove problematic if it’s raining with the walk from car park but not a problem for us as was sunny.

Lovely cottage very close to the centre of town

It states there is a parking space outside the property, this is not true. They do give you a pass for a local car park but it’s a 5-10 min walk away. We were only given 2 towels (for a party of 4).
