VILLA ALEGRIA Big terrace, private pool & parking

The property had plenty of space for a family. 2 bathrooms were ideal. Plenty of outside space with areas to sit by the pool and also on the terrace. The villa is in a nice quiet location with 2 supermarkets within a 10 minute walk although it is on a hill to walk back.

The outside areas are a bit tired and could do with being refreshed

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of three and had a really lovely experience in this villa. On arrival, the property was very clean, tidy, and well presented, with fresh pillows and a welcoming feel throughout. Wifi was great. We were also impressed with the security, it made you feel safe. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and a wide range of kitchen amenities, meaning we only needed to buy food during our stay, and could cook from home with all the pots and pans & cutlery available. A dishwasher was also extremely handy. Bedrooms were comfy and lots of space for luggage in giant wardrobes. Air con worked great. The pool was also larger than we expected, and the location was absolutely amazing. Perfect for a family stay and would return. We were very impressed with the value for money. Thanks Aitor.

There were just a couple of small areas that could be improved. In the main bedroom, the TV cable didn’t reach the socket, so the TV unfortunately couldn’t be used (needs an extension cable). The surrounding trees over the pool despite providing great privacy, could do with a trim, as this affected how long the pool gets direct sunlight during the day, meaning we had to plan our time around this if we wanted to swim. The pool area itself could also benefit from a jet wash. That said, these are only minor suggestions and didn’t take away from what was overall a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Alles was fantastisch! Wat een prachtig, groot huis met alle voorzieningen. De gastheer Aitor was heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De auto kon op het terrein worden geparkeerd. Wij konden eerder het huis in. Aitor was nog even bezig, maar legde ons alles uit. Op de dag van ons vertrek mochten wij zelfs blijven zolang wij wilden. Wij hadden een late terugvlucht, dus dat was echt fantastisch! Wat een service en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Alles was perfect.

Mukava olohuone ja ruokailutila. Iso kulmasohva, toimiva tv johon pystyi yhdistämään tarvittaessa puhelimen kautta (esim. Netflix). Tilavat makuuhuoneet ilmalämpöpumppuineen. Isot vaatekaapit sekä siistit kylpyhuoneet. Keittiössä riittävä perusvarustelu.

Ulkotilojen kunto hieman heikko ja nuhjuinen

The villa and especially the outside space were absolutely lovely. Villa itself was tidy and kitchen equipped with all necessary utilities. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. The pool area with sun beds and pool was private and lovely. Two additional nice terrace areas. Villa is close to Fuengirola, but you have to take into account the location uphill if you are walking. You can walk to Fuengirola, but there is also a bus connection close by. Taxis are cheap.

Lidl and Aldi are close, but if you don't have a car, you have to be prepared to climb uphill with your bags. Also there are no bars or restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, which on the other hand guarantees a peaceful stay.

The villa is beautiful and very spacious, located in a quiet area. We loved the outside landscaping and the seating areas on each terrace and poolside. The beds are comfortable too.

The ants were rather a problem, especially in the kitchen. The outdoor cameras (motion sensor type cameras) were quite unsettling too.

House was gorgeous with a pool bigger than expected, high trees around for full privacy. Big gates at front for security. Lots of garden space and relaxing areas. Definitely be back again. Lidl is 5 min walk to stick up of supplies but villa is Up a steep hill if you have small kids or walking difficulties but we used uber alot and was so handy to get around.

Cushions around pool area need replacing, stained and ripped, spare pillows for bedding where also in need of replacing but host and house were great, definitely reccomend
