Second day, somebody got shot down the end of the street in broad daylight. While looking online it seems there was a further murder the month before in the same neighbourhood and more the year before. So ask yourself how much of an authentic Mexican experience you want on holiday. https://vozihuatanejo.com.mx/hombre-muere-a-balazos-en-la-colonia-la-noria/?amp=1 The apartment has the basic stuff but barely; if you don't mind washing your dishes in the bathroom sink, a fridge that stays just below room temperature etc. The woman downstairs is kind of rude and doesn't seem to want people using the space above.

Check in process was a b¡tch, Owner is irresponsible and dishonest, and passively responsive, never has a solution for any problem. HOT AF!!!! No AC stuffy and feels like a F oven all day!!! Construction noise all day, neighbors kitten meows all night and day, stinks, many cats, tons of roaches and mosquitoes and DISFUNCTIONAL mosquito net setup stupidly poorly done. Hotel Casa Nancy next door leaves their lights on sometimes at night and my window is right in front!! OVERALL ID NOT WISH ANYONE TO SUFFER AND AVOID THIS PLACE.
