Take more time to check in because the room was not ready

I night Stay was too short to comment on anything we like. Anyway, the self checking in at the mailbox was quick n simple.

1)The damped odour of the unit upon entering, though we noted pots of charcoal at every rooms, kitchen n living hall. 2). The kettle was cracked & leaking 3). Not a single mop available 4). Wifi cannot be connected or accessed 5). Inconvenience with luggages having to walk from Basement floor 2A carpark to the lobby at L1. as we cannot use the lift without an access card. 6). Customer service could hv preempted these by giving us advance advices on procedures to check in esp before parking the car at basement but go to the mailbox to retrieve the keys n access card.
