"A gorgeous cottage"

The property was gorgeous and so comfortable. There was nothing that we were short off. A fantastic hamper to welcome us. A well stocked kitchen where we spent nearly all our time. Beds were so comfy. Lovely big fluffy towels. So handy and close to all the amenities of Bowness. 2 parking spaces were a bonus. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone and would stay here again.

"Luxury 3 bedroom cottage in the best location in Bowness"

Everything was perfect! The location is 10/10 but it is so much more than that! The owners have not missed anything out, even the placement of the kitchen items in the cupboards and everything is of good quality. Lovely fresh white towels are available. They left us a welcome basket, lots of family games to play in the evening. Stunning outside space for a glass of wine in the evening. Comfy beds, lovely bedding, great shower and a bath! The kitchen was spacious and gorgeous we just loved everything and we will be back again and again!

Only one tiny teeny little thing.. there was no plug in the sink so my husband struggled to have a shave.

Easy key collection, great location and good parking spaces. Very comfortable and very nice welcome pack. House is much bigger than it looks.

Could do with a lock on the downstairs toilet door and lock on the main bathroom door is very stiff. Listing also says free toiletries which they are not, which was disappointing.

"Great location."

Great location for Bowness and Windermere and the parking for two cars.

No heating in the 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Did not like the location of the kitchen in the basement.

"Very relaxing"

The property was gorgeous and it was spotless. The woodburner fire was great as the weather wasn’t. The wee toilet at the back of the house was great and saved going upstairs. (I have mobility issues). The location was great, very central and the car parking spaces a bonus as spaces were very limited. Communication was excellent as well and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
