Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Even before arriving at the property, we were sent an extensive list of potential damages and charges that could be applied, which immediately raised concerns about the way this business operates. As a result, upon arrival we made sure to take detailed photos and videos of the condition of the property for our own protection. The state of the property itself was disappointing and not to the standard expected. Following only a two-night business stay, we were then contacted regarding additional charges for “extra cleaning” and “waste removal” without any proper evidence or reasonable explanation. The photos provided included bags and items that clearly did not belong to us, including children’s items, despite us being adult business guests. We requested evidence, a full breakdown of the alleged extra cleaning required, and clarification regarding the waste charges, but the handling of the situation has been extremely unprofessional. Future guests should be aware of how additional charges may be approached after a stay and take their own photos/videos upon arrival. We have raised this matter with Booking.com as we believe the charges and accusations are unfair and unsupported. Unfortunately, due to both the condition of the property and the way this matter has been handled, we would not stay here again.
