Stunning 2 bed apartment with sea views, Penzance

Property is ok.

The owner is not friendly at all,we stayed there for one day,we had take aways there,owner said we left food stain and was trying to blame us fir it and wanted us to replace whole carpet,work top and he was abusive to us and was swearing.owner was very hostile and very aggressive.

The location is central to shops and the coast which was nice. The property offers a lot of space. Comfy beds. Easy entrance, liked the door code entrance.

The property needs to be refurbished. It states stunning but it's falling a part in some places like the carpets coming up, the kitchen counter coming undone. It looks a bit tattered. Stunning would mean a perfect mint condition property. It didn't feel like it was cleaned to a high standard. Found hair in my bed. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as spaces were not always available.

The flat is really nice and clean, we had a good and relaxing stay.. The only missing is we don't have washing machine for our 2 night stay. We went swimming .

Bad etwas Schimmel und leider kein warmes Wasser…..

Was great as a stop the night before catching the scillonian. Be aware it is on a steep hill so with young children and luggage needed a taxi to the harbour

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Penzance. The place was spotless, modern, and really well-equipped—everything from a comfortable bed to a great kitchen setup.
