Stunning 2 bed apartment with sea views, Penzance

Bathroom was fine.

Frayed edges of carpet a trip hazard, dirty kitchen utensils and ants. General shabbiness of the property.

Property was very clean and in a great position. Easy walk into the main town, and had beautiful view of the Harbour from the kitchen table.

Parking in the area was difficult when busy, but we always found one reasonably close-by.

Clean, decent size, decent location. Perfectly good base for our couple of days in Penzance. View over to the sea was great!

If we're honest, it didn't feel particularly homely or like a nice, exciting "holiday" pad - we felt it could do with a bit more colour - a few more personal touches. Was quite bare and a bit lifeless. But as we say, perfectly decent base.

We booked last minute after a day of exploring so really appreciated the immediate key information. The location was great and parking was easy. The towels and bedding were good quality. The sofa bed was nice and firm. The kitchen had everything we needed but my dad couldn't find a bottle opener. :)

Location was perfect short walk into town, beach etc

Shower water temp could have been hotter .

Well laid out & good facilities. Had the sea view promised.

Good location, close to train & harbour but up a very steep hill. Good price.

Fraying carpets need to be addressed as possible tripping hazard. Kitchen scissors would have been useful.
