Nothing liked me and my family. Firstable, the door lock did not work properly and the landlord MR KARTHIK, did not have a spare key. We had to wait 3 days for a spare key sent because the first he sent was no working. Meanwhile the house was unlocked while we were out. 50% of the chairs had broken or split legs (NOT USABLE). The 2 deck chairs in the pool were full of black mold (unusable too) and the pool was dirty, not clear water. The kitchen appliances were a mess: broken glasses, just 3 spoons, a lot of knives, 4 forks and several tea spoons in bad conditions. No blender, we wait 2 days to receive 1 sent. NO pans, we wait 2 days to get a set. NO pool towers we wait 3 days to get a set of 4. A lot of lamp bulbs burned out, wait 2 days to get some. A lot of TV controls around and most not working. INTERNET a mess, bad connection all time. The food waste disposal did not work properly, it made horrible sound as if it was broken (can't use it). The worst, all the bed mattress of the house were old and worn out, 18 days of bad sleep due to the mattres, no one mattress that we could sleep well. SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THE GOOD VACATIONS WE HAD AT THIS PLACE. The landlord has 2 cameras in the back yard entrance by the pool and we found out that 1 camera was pointed to the pool area, NO PRIVACY AT ALL AT THE POOL, I just blocked it when we realized it was there every time my wife was sun tanning.

The last and best part of this landlord: when we arrived he saw by the cameras my 2 little (4 pounds) service dogs pomeranian and started to say that I must pay 250 usd for pet (CRAZY) when this house is pet friendly. I wrote with him via whatsapp and told him that they were service dogs well trained that make their things on trainning pads or out side in the garden and sent him pictures, finally he agreed to do not charge for the pets when I told him I had no money for it and rather leave if I must pay. (I HAVE BEEN IN SEVERAL HOUSES AND EVEN AT THE HARD ROCK CAFE SEMINOLE AND NOT PAY A PENNY FOR THIS). Well guess what? The guy did not return me the 250 deposit because he said that he must do a deep cleaning because of the pets...... when we leave this horrible place better than what we found it at arrival. What a crook

The house was pretty nice overall.

Host was very shady the whole trip, kept asking us to do extra things to pay extra money which we kept declining. Host asked for $250 deposit 2 days before check in even though we paid for the bnb 2 weeks before which I thought was weird. There were stains on the walls, broken chairs and the patio got flooded in the rain. When it was time to send the deposit back since we didn’t break anything or mess up anything we were given a runaround and then he proceeded to lie and say we damaged a carpet. And said he was only giving $75 back. We showed pictures and he still didn’t want to give $250 back so he said can he give me $150 instead . After arguing back and forth about the $250 i settled for $150 . He first tried send me $75 then said “leave a good review then I will send everything “ which I told him I would if he sent the deposit even though whether or not I left a good or bad review im owed my money. He ended up not sending the $250 at all . He knew he was wrong as well because he said “if you come again I will give you a discount and free late-checkout” . If damages were truly made that wouldn’t have even been an offer. NEVER BOOKING HERE AGAIN! He didn’t even leave cleaning supplies to clean anything such as brooms, mops, bleach nothing. We had to buy everything so he wouldn’t be able to say we left it dirty.

The house was spacious and very close to the parks. Host was super accommodating and helped us get into the house last minute

Internet was super spotty, wasn't working reliably for a day or two. Couldn't figure out the tvs because the remotes were literally all over the house and none of the cable boxes worked.

Nothing and when I get home I’m going to reach out to a lawyer about this

The place wasn’t clean at all they had the air on 75 who do that in Florida and had it locked where we couldn’t get in it
