GBNeeds a good clean and fixing up, there was a funny smell coming out of the washing machine, oven was filthy, doors hanging of TV unit, naked wires on bedroom heater, heater hanging off the wall in living room, windows did not close properly, burn marks on bedroom carpet, Bathroom floor needs grouting, not what we expected

Was a slight musty smell throughout the apartment particularly the bathroom.

This is what I have sent to the owners, Nelson. Hi, quite frankly we were appalled by the standard of your apartment. It was dirty, had many maintenance issues, some of which could have been dangerous, for example, exposed wires in one of the bedroom radiators, a cupboard door hanging off, all the windows could be opened fully without any safety catches. The shower leaked in the bathroom, I have taken pictures of all our concerns as there are many more. We would have moved apartment but everything else was booked!! I would like a through explanation that you feel this apartment was worthy to let out as an ANBN as this did effect our time in Manchester. Before I raise this with Booking.com I am giving you the opportunity to come back to me! Finally all that was promised on the facilities section was not at the apartment, like the fan, hairdryer & many more! I would expect you to come back to me within 24 hours before I raise this further. As you can see it was an unpleasant stay in Manchester.
IEWe were left on the streets for 8 hours until the shop, ‘east west’ opened in the morning until we got the key off them to enter the property! After paying over €300 and left on the streets all night so we had to sit in McDonalds the 24 hour u tol we got the keys

IEit was a bit okay for my short stay.
Collecting keys was a bit stressful, considering the fact that you are tired from the trip already. Also, the smell of weed or whatever it was was burdensome and unpleasant, and one of the beds was uncomfortable.
