Great location

It was very clean and quiet my while stay. The sun hit just right in the room which was amazing cause I love taking pictures! The staff were very helpful and very kind to me which was a plus! I will definitely book them again next time I want to visit!

This is very clean and comfortable unit; pool, balcony, terrace and some facilities inside, located in a peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. I’ll consider here to stay during my potential relocation to Scottsdale.

The unit is really small… A lot of cars on the street parked, it’s not easy to find a parking spot near the entrance in the evening.

Very clean and central. Vince, the host, was great with communication and super helpful.

The blinds in my specific room did not close properly (the closing mechanism didn't work as they'd already been twisted too far). It was a street-facing room so at night the street lights shone directly into the room.

Compact, comfortable, safe, and quiet.

Comfortable. Clean and homey. Well worth it! Pool right outside our door. Full kitchen. Laundry was great! It exceeded our expectations!

Loved everything! Two suggestions: Put more clothing hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and swim suits! Trim palm bushes on lanai to not interfere with sitting out there.
