"Lovely modern stay in a great location"

Clean, modern and comfortable. Furnished and decorated really tastefully, plenty of storage in bedrooms and all the necessities provided. Garden perfect for dogs, fully enclosed and tidy. Plenty of parking on the drive. Lovely quiet location, easy walking distance to the beach with walks up and down the coast. Shane was really helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

"Absolutely Perfect stay"

We’re just back from a short stay at this perfect bungalow , it’s spotlessly clean , 5 mins walk to the local pub and 15mins walk to the beach , plenty of shops in the village if needed .

The bungalow was very clean, well decorated and had all the things you need for an enjoyable stay, it felt like a home from home, The location is quiet with a dog friendly pub that serves fantastic food and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at the end of the road and Heacham Beach is about a 10 minute walk further on.

Really can't think of anything, we had a really enjoyable stay catering for everything we wanted.

This property is outstanding, everything about it, spotlessly clean, comfortable, everything you could want already there, beds very comfy. The location is excellent, a walk into the lovely village with lots of amenities and only 20 mins from Sandringham, Snettersham, Hunstanton, we will be using this property again. 5 stars.

Great modern property, well fitted out , great location to walk to beach , West Norfolk pub at end of road too we had a lovely Sunday roast , Large secure garden was a big bonus for our dog

A fabulous bungalow - clean, spacious and bright, well equipped and comfortable. Off road parking and a lovely enclosed back garden. Easy to find and quiet location. A short walk to the local beach, and a great base for exploring the wonders of this part of Norfolk.
