The property was clean, freshly decorated, in a quiet location within walking distance of the beach.

I would suggest that zipper single beds would be good in future in case you want two couples who are friends to stay. Also the shower was very hot and not easily adjusted!(Possibly the thermostat was broken)

Easy check in and out. Everything we could need was there. Young son autistic, he found very calm and comfy home from home. Secure garden for child and dog to play in. Great the kitchen items all had how to use manuals in hallway draw. Milk and a bottle of fizz left for adult in fridge. Very clean we normally go to centre parcs so we're bit worried about such a different style of holiday. But it was great location to walk to beach and also a few mins drive to hunstanton where we did a vip seal experience. I would recommend this place to all. I did message the owner after to thank him.

Loo seat wobbled when 1st sitting down, but as a slim small size 8 lady and a child we managed fine. I did message owner to let them know, as some one of a bigger frame may struggle. Im sure a tighten of bolts would fix not a big deal and not a deal breaker. Ducks waddling along the pathway in area, neighbours are older citizens, very friendly and made us feel welcome, big smiles, friendly hellos and other dog owners loved out chocolate 8 month puppy spaniel. Some great walks in the evening along the beach. Great place to let the city stress blow away with the sea air/ winds.

The host has thought of everything. There was nothing I could have added. Location was superb. Garden was secure and great for the dog. Hats off to the hosts!
