The customer service provided was of the highest caliber, meeting all Australian standards. The staff was proactive and provided assistance throughout our brief stay.

Front door need fixing, and nothing at all.

Location 10 min plus walk to shops and cafes - shop on corner which was great

Towels old - need to update , also kitchen and bathrooms were not overly clean as items were left over in cupboards or old broken handles etc … Also drains in showers x 2 were blocked and started to flood - so needed to shower in bath until this was fixed ( which was fixed as soon as we advised ) staff were great
