The property was clean enough

We had extra people stay so we booked an extra room, but upon checking out they said we had extra overstay in the room which we didn’t because we had a seperate room hired. They kept half of our deposit because of this . Beware of the owners as they are scammers

Location

There were only two towels in the whole place. No soap or shampoo. There is a 1000piso cash deposit that was not disclosed until arrival. I booked 2 bedrooms, and there was only 1 blanket. Also, the woman told me that if I wanted to use the POOL, it would cost 150piso per day. The owner/property manager sent someone who knew nothing about the place. She didn't turn on the water, so I had to wait hours to finally get ahold of the owner for them to tell me how to turn the water on to the whole apartment. She also brought some friend that ask if I wanted a long-term rental. She was not very professional. It is almost impossible to contact the owner/property manager. The phone number listed only work sometime, and I am not able to message them through booking. So I emailed them, but they didn't even respond to my email until 2 days after check out. I finally got my friend who is local to call them and make arrangements for check out to receive my deposit. If you are using booking for this location, be prepared for lack of communication. These are things that people expect to have and want to know before they book and / or arrive.
