Confortable appart. en résidence (rez-de-chaussé)

The place is very clean; easy parking in front of house; wardrobe with place to put things (nowadays not standard everywhere), but broken drawer. Dishwasher, stove and oven works well.

The apartment is a bit depressing - the apartment is on the ground floor, but actually a souterrain flat - no big windows (bedroom half windows face a wall (see pictures of apratment), living room same two small windows facing a not-used footpath and house/wall behind). Coffe maker of an unuasual brand where the pads got stuck right away (many scratch marks show that this happens often); no kitchen paper, tussues, etc.; not much cuttlery/dishes. Place seem to be rented to rented out to guests (nothing drilled into the wall, e.g., no toilet paper holder; picture hanged with power-strips)

Es un departamento amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodo.

El único inconveniente es que queda alejado del centro de Luxemburgo y hay que tomar el tren .Eso lo desconocíamos.

Propriétaire facilement joignable et réactif. La ville de Luxembourg est facilement accessible. Grande salle de bain. Appartement confortable, tout équipé.

Manque de luminosité.
