Hotel Ashyana - Near To Grant Road Station Mumbai

There's nothing I like about this hotel.

Room are too small. Bathroom is so tiny. The sink in the bathroom looks like a toy sink. Even the water jug and glasses they provide are made of cheap plastic. The room looks clean but there was this faint smell of stench in the room. The furniture's are old and broken. The wall paper and wall paints are peeling off of the wall. When I raised the window's curtain I saw heap of garbage and debris right outside the window. It looks like the next building is used to dump garbage. When I opened the window, a gush of Putrid air entered the room. Now I know where this faint smell of stench is coming from. I am surprised and skeptical, how this hotel manage to garnered 6.2 rating.

The property was okyish.. even basic amenities was not available

even basic amenities was not available.. and I selected including breakfast and they gave just 2 bread butter in breakfast.. like seriously?

- breakfast in the morning was very nice. Basic but nice :-)

- early check in possible but VERY expensive …….. - during payment at reception 5 people standing around us, watching. AKWARD!
