The owners of the place are thiefs l booked apartment and they refused to give me the keys for my apartment i booked ,claiming that I was part of my friend's stayed there 3nights and I was not there.I know the people who stayed there are family friends and they recommend me to book there aswel ,Unfortunately my friend's damaged some of the property in the apartment they. Which inconvenience me because the hotel took my money to pay for the damage I did not do and they refused to give me the keys for my booking which result me sleeping in the car.I will never recommend anyone to stay at this apartments,no reception to service the customers. Am still appealing to get my money back.
I did not like their customer service very rude.
