Lux 6BrVilla -Pool&ResortAmenities -10mins to Parks

Great villa , great location for all the theme parks. We had clear check-in and checkout instructions which was super easy. Located in a gated community with 24 hour Security. Walmart is less than five minutes away. The host Frank went above and beyond. He is very quick with communication. The washing machine broke down and Frank arranged an installation of a new one within two days. If you want to stay in Orlando, we would highly recommend this villa. If we ever return, we are going to try to book the same villa hoping that Frank still owns it.

The location was excellent. Just 15 mins from the main Disney parks and 30 minutes from Universal. Walmart supermarket nearby. Outside seating for the 7 of us. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier easy to use. Beds were comfortable. Good storage space for clothes. We used the pool table a few times. Lots of dishes and cutlery.

The pool temperature was a little cool for us. It would have been better if we could have switched it on when we needed it rather than having it heated when not being used. 3 upstairs bedroom shared one bathroom, one double and 2 with bunk beds. Down stairs bathrooms, 2 had en-suite bathrooms and the 3rd would have needed to use one of the other en-suites. We didn't use the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor. There was a barbecue but the gas bottle was empty and time did not permit us to get it filled. We bought a disposable barbecue and just had a barbecue one night which was disappointing for us.

The villa was great, really comfortable, clean. Kids loved the pool. The villa owner was very responsive when we had any questions. Very close to Disney!
