A great view and terras

There were a lot of small things. Water cooker, extractor hood and outdoor lights did not work. After mentioning these defects the host told us that the cooker and outdoor lights did work. Later a promise was made that the outdoor lights would be fixed and the extractor hood would be replaced(has not been done during our stay) and the water cooker was replaced. Next to this there are big cracks in the mirror that is used in the kitchen and in the doors of the cabinet in the hallway. The 2nd bedroom is not fit for 2 persons, unless you think that 20-25 cm on each side of the bed is sufficient. There is no real storage for the 2nd bedroom (the cabinet in the hallway is filled, except 2 small shelves. The only other cabinet is in the 1st bedroom). The property is rented out as a 4-6 person location, but there is only one set of keys. As I mentioned these are "minor" things. But there is one thing that is absolutely dangerous. The temperature of the showerwater changes within seconds from the set temperature to cold (estimate 20-25°C) and very hot (estimate >42°C). When mentioning the large differences in temperature, the host did not ask questions like: when do you experience this? Does this happen all the time? etc. No question. Just a remark that this is the way showerinstallations work in Italy. But this is not the case. The installation is either poorly installed or poorly maintained. Only after explaining in detail with a professional background in hot water installations, the complaint was taken more serious. However it was not resolved during our stay. So if you are looking for a great view and comfortable place to stay, think again before booking this apartment. (the review states I was travelling alone, this is incorrect. We were with a group of 4)

Wunderschöne Aussicht, das Apartment hatte Aufzug, Garage und riesige Terrasse. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
