TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pensacola West I-10

The staff is so awesome, courteous, and professional. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. The room was spacious and we love the amenities of the in-room kitchenette w/dishwasher and the walk in shower was designed perfectly. I would recommend anyone to book here plus they have hot breakfast in the morning included. Parking was plentiful and easy also well lit.

The property upon checkin the didnt tell me there was no water,when I got the room and found no water,called front desk and they said in 2 hours will have water in 2 hrs still no water and I called front desk and said another 2 hours will have water ,got water at 12pm at night ,no hot water only cold, wat woken up at 6:23 am with fire alarm and the said another water line broke and they said I and my wife had to take a cold shower and left for the day and came back to hotel and they told me another line broke and will not have hor water atell the next day,so I checked out of hotel.

Very Clean

First of all … the clerk checking us in tried to charge our card for $460. We were staying two nights @ $109/night. When I saw that, I immediately pulled my card out. I asked her why, so had “no clue”. She redid the charges and they came out to $283. Said the extra charge was for incidentals. Ok fine. Then that night at 11pm, the company tried to run our card for $170 ~ my card is locked. It didn’t go through w/out my approval. At 2:53am, they tried to run it for $150. Again, didn’t approve it and it didn’t go through. When I went down yesterday morning to see what was going on, the Manager couldn’t give me a reason as to why it did that. “It just sometimes happens”. She did see that there was a pet fee on our room, and asked if we had a pet. I just shook my head no. She corrected it. Just wonder how many of these charges go through without their customers knowing. We won’t be staying there again ~ because they cannot be trusted with my money!

Love the property. The room was comfortable and spacious. It has very high ceilings, about 10ft, which made it feel large. I love the small touches like the backlit kitchen cabinets and smartly placed shower lever. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were very friendly.
