Odd setup with bathrooms

The directions referred us to a lockbox outside the building and outside the door to the flat. Both lockboxes were empty. Fortunately the external front door was unlocked and there was a code to open the door electronically. It would be helpful to update the instructions to make this clearer.

The apartment is a definite wow when you walk in . The size and the layout are very good. The apartment is well equipped for large parties. It is located in a great location with about a 20 min walk to the main bars & restaurants.

Unfortunately there where a few issues which meant we were unable to give the 5*. There is an issue with the shared bathroom door not shouting & hot water issues in this shower. There was a issue with one of the beds when my husband sat on the bed and fell straight through , when checking under the mattress all the slates where out. My husband did manage eventually to get them back in. The last thing was drain smells. We would stay again & recommend the property if these issues were addressed.

We were a group of 7 and found the apartment to be perfect for what we needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance of main museums and old town. The apartment itself was huge and really comfortable. The water in the showers takes a minute to heat up but once it is on the pressure is great and it stays hot, even if all 3 showers are in use! There is a great little Italian spot (Tasteataly - the owner does pasta and wine tastings on Saturdays!) and a few cafés around the corner from the apartment - Citrick has delicious coffee and Room4 Coffee Yard is wonderful for coffee and pastries.

The door to the building can be a bit tricky to unlock at night.
