Central 2 bedroom luxury home close to River Ness

Very convenient location. The home is comfortable and a street parking permit is provided. Asia is very responsive.

It was very clean and central to the town

This is in the highlands of Scotland in the winter, the listing stated central heating however, the heating was broken for the first day of our 2 day stay. Contact with the hosts directly through the number supplied was not replied to. After 6 hours of no reply, I had to contact booking.com for them to intervene. Someone did eventually come out to fix the heating after booking.com got hold of them (when they wouldn't respond to me) and they agreed they would compensate me for the 24 hours without heating but now 1 week on, this has still not been done. It's a shame, lovely wee place but massively let down by lack of communication, terrible customer service and poor facilities.

Perfecte locatie, erg dicht bij het centrum, maar toch net erbuiten in een rustige buurt. De accommodatie was zoals verwacht netjes en gezellig en zeker het reserveren waard.

Ik ben er geen voorstander van om niet door een host te worden ontvangen die je tevens ook wat wegwijs kan maken. De onpersoonlijke manier waarop je sec via een code de sleutel uit een kluis moet halen en zelf alles moet gaan uitvissen is misschien van deze tijd, maar niet erg sociaal en vriendelijk te noemen. Dit gezegd zijnde was er een telefoonnummer van de host beschikbaar en die heeft ons steeds verder geholpen waar nodig. Hoewel de accommodatie zeker in orde was, is de prijs veel te hoog. Bovendien was er geen optie om je reservatie kosteloos te annuleren, wat ik persoonlijk niet vind kunnen, omdat er altijd onvoorziene omstandigheden kunnen zijn waarmee rekening dient te worden gehouden.

Lage toll, ruhig und zentral zu gleich Ausstattung des Hauses und Haus insgesamt toll Gemütlich aufgeteilt Der Garten ist toll, das Parken ist unproblematisch.

Für maximal 2 Personen ist Essens-Situation ok, aber eigentlich fehlt ein (Klapp-)Tisch mit vier Stühlen wenn mehr als 2 hier wohnen.
