Cosy & Stylish Apartment Close to The City Centre

Property was a good central location and a good space for a small apartment as well as Cleaned to a good standard

The wifi was really bad it kept cutting in and out, Netflix not logged in, not many appliances but had what we needed for a couple of nights, the sofa bed was awful it didn’t pull out and when we tried it felt like it was going to snap so one of us ended up sleeping on a very uncomfortable sofa. I would say until they get a new comfortable sofa bed that works I would say this is only suitable for 2 people

We arrived late at night was told key hanging on a gate outside very difficult to find a couple who lived in the area had to help us. On way out the key was that hard to put back a maintenance guy had to help us never stay in one ever again

Comfortable stylish apartment, great location and customer service, would stay here again. Super cosy and homey.

I loved it al It’s very quiet very nice

The parking if you’re driving the parking is so bad I stayed about five days and spent about 70 pounds for parking my car everyday and I was so worried every night my car would be unsafe in the morning because I couldn’t see it and where it is parked it can be a trek to get your suitcase up is my only issue I was not too happy about no parking

Lovely apartment in a great Manchester location. Clean, modern, and well-equipped with. Easy check-in and great communication with the host – would definitely stay again

We had trouble setting the sofa bed up. Other than that, it was all good

The WiFi wasn't the fastest

Vi har lejet en lejlighed i Eastbank Tower på Advent Way i Manchester gennem jeres platform. Desværre lever boligen på ingen måde op til den beskrivelse, som fremgår af annoncen. 1. Forkert oplyst størrelse: På hjemmesiden står der, at lejligheden er 139 m². I virkeligheden er den maksimalt 50 m². 2. Manglende WiFi: Der fremgår af annoncen, at der er gratis WiFi. Imidlertid findes netværket ikke på vores tilgængelige lister, og vi kan derfor ikke benytte internet. 3. Aircondition: Det er angivet, at der er aircondition i lejligheden. Dette er ikke tilfældet – der er ingen enhed installeret, og dermed ingen funktion. Jeg har dokumentation i form af billeder og video, som tydeligt viser de nævnte fejl og mangler. Jeg anmoder derfor om en hurtig afklaring samt en passende kompensation, da opholdet på ingen måde svarer til det, vi har betalt for. På forhånd tak for hjælpen. Med venlig hilsen Mikkel
