Donegall Sq Apt at City Gate, Belfast City Centre

Location, ease of access, comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms and good appliances.

Minutes walk away from City Hall and town centre so very convenient to roam around the city centre and cathedral quarter. All buses pass through the city centre or commence or end there so very convenient to get to any part of Belfast including the Titanic Quarter and the Queen's University. There is a Premier Inn 300 m away where we stored our luggage through Stasher pre check in and post check out per the guidance message from the managers that was very convenient as we landed into Belfast at 7 am - too early to check in. Quite roomy with very good furnishings and decor and very comfortable for the 5 of us. There is a also a dedicated parking place in the underground apt parking which we had no need for.

A bit expensive but likely decent value due to the location (amongst the most reasonable amongst the comparables rental apts in the city centre), size and facilities (two washrooms) and garage.

Excellent location...close to Belfast City Hall

The apartment was in need of a thorough clean

Interiors were lovely spacious and good location

Outside block was a bit rough looking lifts and stairwells weren’t too clean in public areas
